The food was good, but the service was awful. I understand that we are in a pandemic, but we had to ask multiple times for utensils and never received a refill of our water. Additionally, the ice cream and cheese were served cold, which was disappointing considering the high cost of $60 per person. I may give this restaurant another chance in the future, but I am in no rush to return due to our unsatisfactory experience with the server.

The service at this restaurant is excellent. The food is good, but not exceptional. However, they never have tea available and this time they were out of kimchi.

The experience was just okay. The prices were too high for the quality of the food. When we requested water, silverware, and food, the service was not attentive to our needs and made wrong assumptions. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry before, I found the service lacking. It seems like that's the standard nowadays, which is disappointing.

We had a great 1st KBBQ experience! the waitress was attentive and helped navigate! she cooked our whole meal! the flesh was delicious and all the sides were so good! whatever dressing they use on the salad is my favorite

Came for lunch, and the a la carte dishes were better than the meat. We got the beef lunch special and the beef bulgogi and brisket were extremely average, we had to dunk it in yum yum sauce just to get any sort of flavor. On the other hand, the short ribs and boneless ribs actually met expectations. Our server was great though, we never once had to cook our own meat, she was very attentive and professional. What saved the day surprisingly was that we also ordered chicken fried rice and the Korean ramen and they were both fantastic! So all in all, I was a little disappointed that the K-bbq part of a K-bbq restaurant was not as good as I was hoping, especially given the higher price tag.
