Feedback gevenWe had a reservation, but when we got there, no hostess appeared, and there was a line of people. Finally someone asked the concierge, and he said that when it gets busy like this they just do first come, first served. We made a reservation because we knew it would be busy. We had to eat elsewhere that night. We came back another night, and it was “seat yourself”, still no hostess. We did eat there, but it was just ok.
Decent menu, but not the best place to dine on a major holiday. Convenient for those staying at the Hilton Atlanta.
Staff was more concerned w/ large conference group at the bar. Regular dining area was not a consideration.
During our visit to the Atlanta Gift Market, we found ourselves feeling tired and hungry. Thankfully, we discovered the Italian buffet they offered, and it was a delightful experience. The food was outstanding, and the service was impeccable. Everything was perfect!
I had an awful experience at this restaurant . Upon arrival the restaurant was mostly empty but I was told they did not have my reservation. When I showed the hostess my open table confirmation for a table for 8, she said they did not use open table any longer. When we were finally seated the waited would disppear after every interaction for over 30 minutes. It took an hour to get our drinks and two hours to get our meal. To top it off, when asked if there was a problem in the kitchen, the waitress said no and that she felt she had provided good service. Fortunately, the manager comped our meal but I still wouldn't go back.
