Six. 9:26am chk 6055 bad customer service. the vitrin prices on the packaging said 4.95 and they accused me 6.25 I complained and they said that it was what the computer accused me to talk to the manager and did not want. I kept claiming and shemlyn (191709) beat me because I claim a dollar. it is not my fault, it is the load error. the manager finally decided. my bad story in my holiday in marriot marquis resort atlanta.
The restaurant was empty, yet they forgot to prepare my two sandwiches and only delivered my cappuccino. The service was very slow and unsatisfactory, wasting my time. Additionally, I had to go downstairs to place my order instead of ordering at my table.
The atmosphere was disappointing, and the staff's attitude was quite rude. Starting the day on such a note was not ideal. The drinks were okay, but not the best I've ever had. Honestly, I don't see any reason why I would choose this location again.
Our coffee was not hot at all, The Barista at the pastries area were very slow. Bad experience ????
