Feedback gevenWe waited quite a while just to get a drink and to have our orders taken. When our salads and entrées finally arrived, they came out simultaneously. I ordered a bottle of wine, but it didn't arrive until after we had finished our entrées.
Our second visit to The Woodall in just a few weeks was just as outstanding as the first. The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is beautiful, and the service is consistently excellent. It’s not easy to excel in all three areas, but The Woodall achieves that impressive trifecta. Our compliments to Izzy, or Isabel—she provided our group of four with exceptional, professional, and enjoyable service. She even organized a special surprise that our table thoroughly enjoyed. I’m not sure how they maintain such a high level of consistency, but it's definitely noticed and appreciated.
Chef Karl Gorline is turning The Woodall into one of the most successful restaurants in the entire metro area, and he’s genuinely enjoying the process!
Food is always good. Cocktails are fun and delicious. Our server Amy is always super friendly and attentive.
Food was great. Restaurant is nice. Service was the worst I have had in a long time. Our server welcomed us and filled our water and “forgot about” us for 30 minutes. And we had to wave her down for each order, drink and dessert. She said again later “she forgot about” us. She could have doubled her tab with drinks had she been better at her job.
