Feedback gevenThis place is terrible. they tell them to move forward so that they can deliver their order to them, and when they do, 9 times from 10 the order is wrong. in the night they go out old cold food. if this was a suppen kitchen or a kind of common food bank, I would be much more understanding. I don't expect to spend my money and get cold, old food.
Wow. I've never been in a car thru so ghetto. the person in the first window fell the f bomb as soon as we pulled up. he continued to use vulgar speeches like more f bombs and the n word again and again, regardless of how two young children sit on the back. it was extremely respectful and disgusting. then we came into the second window and got the wrong bag of eating and then got a kick back to let them know that they gave us wrong food. when we were asked for a quitting, we were also pushed back as if it was the biggest question in the world. I don't even know the words to describe the experience I just had. shows the worst wendys on the earth!
The food was fresh, but my pommes were not completely cooked!
I was here a few times last month. I always ask about the mobile app and pick up through the running gear thru to make the dinge easy. independent of this, the employees here are always angry and hostile. I was screamed in the car drive. I got the quiet treatment when I got my food. I've heard that the employees scream in the background. I don't know what's going on behind the scenes, but it's not good.
I will never ever ever go to this location again, never! I was in the drive thur for 9 minutes, then when I got to the order board the person kept asking me to wait a minute while she was doing something else with another drive thur customer. Once my order was placed after 13 minutes in the drive thur and me complaining, she told me I can park and come in, no I can't, I'm hooked up to oxygen which was charging in my vehicle, that's why I came through the drive thur. Now I pull around to the window and it another 5 minute wait, a customer three cars ahead had an issue with his order. Okay now I finally make it to pay and get my order, I'm too through at this point because she ask me to pull up to the yellow line so someone can bring out my order... another 3 minutes goes by and the woman that brings out my order has the audacity to ask me to pull up a little more so she doesn't have to walk to my car with her bad flat feet! 21 minutes from a order, if my grandchild didn't want a meal with a frosty I would have left 21 ago! Horrible customer service and nasty employees there!
