Feedback gevenThe girl working the register has no customer service skills and she pretends to be the manager. Definitely one of the worst services. She should not be talking to customers. Yes the chubby older Spanish/ short.Your machine/ register is not working let people know gently instead of exploding like it will move a mountain. Don't have her serve you. Yes on the 2nd of May 2022 at 7: 40pm Atlanta Georgia Airport. She was on the register. No customer skills. Fire her.
We ordered one chicken burrito, two veggie tacos (with guacamole and quinoa) and cheese dip at the Willy's in B terminal at the Atlanta airport. The total came to $30.35 plus tax. We thought this was a bit expensive and realized that they had charged us $7.20 for a tablespoon of quinoa on each taco and $2.40 for the guacamole! I contacted customer service after our flight and they were very helpful. After finding and reviewing our receipt they sent me a refund check for $9.60. Otherwise the food was good and no other issues. I had initially given a low rating, but have since revised it with a higher rating due to the exceptional customer service. I will definitely go there again the next time I am in Atlanta, but will make sure I double check the receipt before paying
Food is mid and the price isn’t bad. I’ve gotten the Adobe chicken twice now and it’s rather bland Customer service could be improved, the older lady working the line was rude and was bossy towards her coworkers, however most of the other workers were polite. Also if you get a bowl with a protein and rice it looks they are a little skimpy with the aforementioned items but they make up with a good selection of toppings.
My steak bowl was delicious and a great selection of toppings. most important were the server very pleasant and patient with me during the ordering process. many thanks for good service!
Everything was very fresh and the steak was cooked nicely.
