Sequino's - Atlantic Beach

I've eaten at this restaurant twice, and both times I experienced the slowest service I've encountered in Jacksonville. While the food is acceptable for an upscale place, I was hoping for more from a family-owned Italian restaurant. The wine was notably underwhelming—it's hard to imagine Italian wine being so average. After waiting for two hours, I received a plate of flavorless pasta, along with a rather hefty bill. The hostess suggested the wine, but I recommend picking your own instead.

Sequino's boasts an outstanding traditional menu, featuring some of the finest Carpaccio in Jacksonville. Their extensive wine selection is both impressive and reasonably priced, allowing customers to enjoy high-quality bottles without overspending. The service is incredibly attentive, ensuring that each visit is a pleasurable experience. This hidden gem is genuinely underrated. We've celebrated many special occasions here, and I eagerly look forward to our next visit. The owner is frequently present and provides a warm, welcoming atmosphere that adds to the restaurant's appeal.
