The Growler Atlantic Beach

I’ve visited numerous breweries in North Carolina and Virginia, and I have to say, I was not impressed with this one. The beer was just average and didn't come close to the quality of places like Skull Camp, Buzzed Viking, Round Peaks, Angry Troll, or Reynolds Brewery. Those breweries not only brew their own beer but also have a deep knowledge of it. Additionally, after reading various reviews, I was under the impression that they served food, but that wasn't the case.

For two years, we have loved this restaurant during our annual beach trips. The eclectic and unique menu options are perfect for large groups, catering to everyone's tastes and preferences. I highly recommend it. The staff is also fantastic and very personable.

I visited this restaurant with a friend in April this year. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. The live music was incredible as well. We just wanted to enjoy some fresh seafood, and we ended up having a delightful dinner along with a fantastic show. We've already planned another visit in two weeks, and this will definitely be one of our stops!

Fun, little brewery with a few board games and bounce-back shuffleboard. Good beer and a quiet atmosphere.

Great selection of craft beer and very nice staff. They are also dog friendly and very conveniently located (especially if staying at Double Tree). Place is clean with a welcoming atmosphere.
