Lobby - Atlantic City

If I could give zero stars, I would have.. My husband and I went for a drink at the casino and waited at this lousy bar. The bartender stood in front of us wiping the counter and filling up the ice container.. Then walked away and served a different customer who came well after we did. Another bartender just walked by as if we weren’t there… None of the 4 that were there ever acknowledge us. I find that to be terribly rude and they need customer service and etiquette training.

Great bar. Pleasant friendly atmosphere and staff. Martini Mary is a favorite with customers and makes some fantastic martinis. She will even try to make something special for you. The waitress is amazing. It tuned into a holiday Pop Up bar called the Frost Bar. Very festive and beautiful with some amazing special holiday drinks and snacks. I personally love the fruit and cheese platter. A real Christmas treat. Great lights and decor with hourly music with coordinating light show.

Review based on 7/13/21 visit sitting at the bar. First impression when we sat at the bar was that personnel were not taking cleanliness into account. We sat at the bar when another couple left. Bar staff did not wipe/clean counter. Second impression: DJ music was the same genre of music (if you want to call it that. It was the same junk that you’d hear being blasted from a car who’s sound system was worth more than the car. How about playing a variety of music including music from the ‘70s, ‘80s, ‘90s? Something at times that was recognizable? Not the same boom boom bass. Getting to the prices are they trying to make up for lost time all in one summer? I gave the bar employee $20 thinking that would cover one Blueberry Lemon mixed drink and one 16 oz. Coors Light. I was $2 short. Total was $22. Mark ups for drinks are obnoxious. Then I should feel obligated to leave a tip? For what? Service was nothing extraordinary. Didn’t bother to order any food.

Rich and James are some of the best bartenders in Atlantic City. Do yourself a favor and come check this bar out.
