Hubby had ribs and baked potatoe; the ribs were okay. My dish of salmon and pasta was very tasty. Decent portion as well. I will go back again. There was a 4% surcharge of you used your card. We were told ahead of time though.
Got served spoiled lobster ? and it smelled so bad. Anyone could take one smell and know it’s bad. I wouldn’t recommend a place that serves spoiled food, especially sea food !!!!!
We arrived approximately at 7:50. The greeter greeted us at the door very pleasant and warm to accommodate us. We ordered our food and drinks with the waiter. She came back with our drinks and some of our food. A few minutes later she came back with the lobster my Aunt and I ordered. My Aunt lobster was not fully done and was bad with black stuff throughout it. Another female (later learned she was supposedly be the manager) asked her if she would like something else which my aunt said it turned her stomach and didn't want anything else. I began to open mine and examine it as well which didn't look as bad as I tasted a piece of the meat. My meat was very mealy and soggy. When the lady (manager) returned I told her the problem with mine and I didn't want it. She said okay as she took it. She returned and to still patronize the business I ordered some onion rings. When the onion rings arrived I asked for a to go box to take it out with me. I proceeded to ask for the check and as we waited my cousin overheard one of the females (manager) in the back speaking about how her lobster was fine. The waiter this time returned with the $172 dollar and some change bill. I looked at the bill and noticed she removed my aunt lobster and not mine but she charged my aunt for her baked potatoe and salad which was included in her meal. I kindly subtracted out my lobster from our bill and we put the money on the table to wait for them to come back out. As we sat there we noticed the greeter disappeared along with the buss boy. We waited for about 5 minutes as we heard them chit chatting in the back. Later the original waiter came out to collect the money and ask if we were ready. I explained to her that I DID NOT eat the mealy lobster and was not paying for it! She said she thought her manager explained It to me but would go and get her. The manager arrived apologizing for the miscommunication but informed me the chef told her that nothing was wrong with my lobster and they could box it up for me to take home. I begin to give her a BALTIMORE lesson at this point. I taught her that we don't have lobsters like that where I live and it was mealy, therefore I wasn't going to pay for something I could not eat and could sick from. I informed her that if her chef felt the lobster was good, he could pay for or eat it. She began to get irritated telling me another customer ordered one and didn't have a problem with theirs. I kindly educated her again that if the other persons taste buds weren't as good as mine and wanted to eat it they could purchase it and eat it. My aunt intervenes and asked was the chef available which I over talked her and asked to speak to the manager. The lady said she was the manager and i had no other chose but to pay for the lobster. I told her I was willing to pay for the baked potato and salad my cousin and I had eaten. She began to ask me was we going to walk out on the check. I educated her once again I was not walking out on a bill but would pay for what I ate. She informed me she would call someone in which i told her to please do so. A few minutes later we heard the suppose to be MANAGER that just received a BALTIMORE lesson in the back telling the staff to handle it because she wasn't dealing with it. I remained calm as we waited on whomever she was attempting to call. Apparently they never showed 3 minutes later because the ORIGINAL waiter came back with the new bill which we was willing to pay from the jump along with the 19% gratuity for a party of 4 or more. The MANAGER needs a full out professional training and need to leaRN Customer Service Skills. She lacks ALOT! The chef (if in fact said my lobster was okay) needs to attend a Chef Gordon Ramsey tutorial. I will say the drink i had and the garlic bread my little cousin had was great, but the service was TRASH from the MANAGER and food from the CHEF!
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Bad lobster was served and the manager would not take it off the bill!! She was rude and threatened to call the police on us!!! NEVER EAT HERE!!! NEVER!!!!!
My girlfriend and I love coming here for the Alaskan King Crab legs. They are unbelievably good and the loaded baked potato is a great added touch.
