I had an excellent experience. 1. The 'hostess ' anticipated that we needed help placing the order at the self service 2.she further made extra effort in locating a big enough table for us. 3. Unfortunately i had a complain about our milkshakes but i loved how it was handled. Their facial expression, body language expressed willingness to help me. 4. I saw team work. All in all i experienced good customer service and i felt valued and important. Thank you

I have to say that this was the best McDonald's experience that I have ever had. The manager and staff were excellent and I great service. Will certainly make a turn again.

The better of all the Mcdonalds in the area. Fast service.
