*Premise, I only review the pizza that I took exclusively for takeaway* I'm not a pizza lover in general but, to keep my partner happy, we order it every now and then and, one evening, we try this pizzeria. I order the Montesanto pizza, it arrives and I take the first bite and... What can I say people, everything that follows is a mystical vision. Guanciale, honey and pecorino on a white base, every extra bite transports me back in time. I feel like an ancient Roman matron nibbling focaccia and honey from a villa in Baia, overlooking the sea, the events of Spartacus still distant. Just like that, suddenly and without meaning. Few things stop me from talking too much and this pizza is one of them.
