No plastic cutlery in the bag no biggie, but the price of food does not fit the quality to say it polite

I ordered takeout for dinner over the phone on May 6, 2022, and spent over $100. The staff was polite while taking my order, but the attitude changed once we paid—then we felt rushed to leave. I had asked for some extra sriracha, and although she claimed we received 15 packets, we only got 8 when we got home. It felt like she was being difficult over a small request for just 5 more packets. Overall, I was really disappointed with the customer service, so I’m giving this place just 1 star. I won’t be coming back!

I love going here. Even when ordering from the door dash the food is always hot and instructions are always followed. The food is amazing here!

We visit this place quite frequently. I love their wo wonton, and I also recommend trying the fried wings shown in the photo.
