They have seating outside in the back and it is great for families and huge parties! There is an open grass area that is perfect for kids to run around. Looks just like a backyard. Customer service: Neither good or bad. The workers do their job. Food does take a bit long, but what can we do. They're nice about refilling out water and switching out any dirty plates and utensils we get. Food: Pastas and fried food were simple and okay, but the pizza and bread sticks were perfection. Overall: Going back for the pizzas only!!!
OK, guys. I am ashamed to admit I have been in the Atwater area for the last 12 years.....and this is my FIRST TIME HERE! We went here for dinner. It was POPPING! It was a busy night, and there were a couple of parties on the patio; all that being said, we were there for maybe an hour hour and a half. Our food came out in stages, and our drinks stayed full. (Big kudos for this) I didn't get our sweet waitress' name, but the receipt said Isabel, anyhow she had dark hair pretty blue nails. It was apparent that tonight was an off night. Apparently, someone passed out, and another person quit; so the service was slower than normal (based on how other customers were acting). All of that to be said, our waitress was sweet and stayed on top of our needs. The meal was like a night at Nona's. My Italian hubby was stoked said this brought back childhood memories of his Italian family's houses. Had the Dino Frank (music) in the background. It was a meal and a good ambiance. It was a little dated for decor but c'mon....who's Nona's house is modern? Despite the chaos....we will be back. Still need to try those fried Oreos. Also, for those who are soda snobs (raises hand) they have Pepsi products.
SERVICE let me start off with saying the costumer service was 10 out of 10 waitresses were very kind and did not have to ask for refills on anything FOOD the pizza was very delicious crispy crust and very airy dough you can really tell it is all home made although it did take 35 minutes for this pizza to come out SETTING the outside area of the restaurant is very cosy and homey i would recommend eating outside but can get muggy CONCLUSION this cost me 15$ and fed 3 people i would highly recommend over general fast food pizza 3.5 out of 5 stars
Use to go here all the time back in the day and the pizza was the best in the area so thought I'd try it again. Pizza was dry and was very skimpy on the cheese and toppings not like I remember before. I paid a lot for a large pizza here but now I know for sure I will just be going to little Caesar's pizza. I could have got two pizza with plenty of toppings and cheese for what I paid for one large.. I use to love this place but they are skimming people and charging full price. I no longer recommend this restaurant.
The food was very delicious. The waitress saying, does somebody else want that table when we simply requested marinara was a little extreme. She proceeded to get mouthy and say she can only serve it cold. Than asked if we wanted our pasta and pizza together or separate, but brings it all after an hour plus separate anyway. Like why even ask to do what she wanted anyway? I came from out of town as it was suggested by friends from Atwater. I will probably never go back. The owner in the kitchen allowing it was most disappointing. We asked to speak to management and they were too busy.
