Every restaurant starts at a 5The food was hot and fresh, tortilla chips were fresh Service was okay, I felt she was upset because she noticed the food wasn’t to our liking. I ordered a tamale with enchilada sauce for $15 and one received one tamale; I asked if it had cheese or sour cream, she said no. But when my plate came out… my beans had cheese. I figured she would have put the two together or mention the bean had cheese. My plate was too salty to finish. I only ate half my tamale and barely touched my beans and rice. I think this place has potential but my experience wasn’t so great. I’d like to try it again, hopefully it’s not as salty because I’m all about supporting small local owned business.We will see how they respond to this critique because I see the owner has a hard time owning up to their fault, blaming others, isn’t polite and or not do they re invite others to come in and try again.This goes a long way especially if you want to keep your business alive and spread the word in such a small town. Which makes me want to give them only star especially from one business owner to another “I’m sorry but… you shouldn’t have… you didn’t tell me…” but this will be a great indicator for future clients.Either change your attitude or/and your food. It seems your clients who are complaining are complaining about the same things.

The waitress was too distracted to attend us properly. We'd ask a question and she'd be too busy trying to get away from us. It took a long time before we were finally able to order our food. My mom would try to ask a question and the waitress would brush her off and walk away and give her little attention when she did come around. When the tacos they came with no chili just need and that's it. I'll pass on this next time

Outstanding Mexican food! The chile Colorado burrito is amazing ??

I went on a Sunday, 15 minutes before closing for 3 days, so it wasn't the ideal time. They had been very busy and were out of things. It was a warm day and they were having AC issues. That said, the food was very good and the portions quite large. The service was quick and friendly. I know from experience they were tired and wanted to go home but that was not reflected in the service. The owner/chef came over for a nice chat. He has great personality. The prices were a tad on the high side, but again, the portions are large.I will be going back at a better time and may update this review then.
