Had lunch after visiting the aubazine abbaye. ask them that they are tenderly offered, cooked completely; delicious! like other parts of the meal. elegantly served. pleasant dining room with charming waitress. highly recommended. good value to reasonable trips do not miss their signature dessert: soufflé Glacé...aux noix (walnut ice cream soufflé

The saint etienne is very authentic and original in appearance, but the environment suffered atmosphere. background music and possibly candlelight would help to set the mood. we were the only few there for some time, it was very quiet and sterile. the service was fast and the quality of the food was good. Unfortunately, however, there was an easy language barrier between the maitre de and us with the help of our iphone translator app that we managed to navigate our way to the French menu.
