Feedback gevenAfter spending several days in the area and having toured several restaurants. We had the chance to discover a real restaurant with a chef a real and finally real local product and not tricatel thanks to chef courtine for this culinary trip and these explosions of flavor.

Very good dishes except the baba of the rum chef arranged insipid and without rum. When you ask the waitress to get in touch with the chef about the absence of an arranged rum, she returns five minutes later to get rid of the table... without saying anything. In short, very bad value for money. To avoid!
We went to this restaurant on a Saturday while the market was full. We weren't sure we had a place. At noon, the restaurant was empty. We were warmly welcomed. The restaurant has a beautiful indoor courtyard covered and air-conditioned. The meal, excellent, was served with friendliness (we even offered coffee. The select aspect may be a little scary while prices are quite accessible. What a pity that more people don't come to this restaurant that deserves to be better known.

I am in extra tonight I don’t know anything about what I serve We arrived at 8pm and we ended at 11pm for 2 covers! It was disappointing from the entrance to dessert! And I'm not even talking to you We were told enough not to go to this restaurant but we wanted to make our own opinion!
With many promises, we went to Aubenas for a culinary experience. The evening turned out disappointing. The fun mouth could still charm us, but then it fell down to dessert. Fortunately, there was still a good wine to get all this down. The foie gras no longer looked like a slice of paste from the supermarket, while the dish with snails seemed to be a jewel of the good cuisine. The contrast between the plates accentuated with the main dish. The first two dishes seem to have been carefully composed, but the veal with seasonal vegetables seems to have been brought on your plate by the farmer. No dressage refinement, taste and quality! The cheese tray seemed to have been prepared in advance and had been in the refrigerator for a while. Nothing more than dried and mold cheese slices, but it would be a local delicacy! The cream burned with black garlic looked more like a garlic cream sauce or a purée that can be found in the street on the weekend after a well-watered evening. Only the setting of the restaurant seemed to match the photos on the internet, but the promising reviews and the pretty plates were not at the rendezvous! The host turned out to be the cook himself, friendly but still plunged into a deep winter sleep ...
