Baskin Robbins - Auburn

The restaurant has recently been renovated and looks amazing. The staff are fantastic and the ice cream, as well as all the other desserts, are delicious. The store has a very beautiful modern style and the staff are great.

Ordered food from uber eats, when our driver showed up the manager told the driver they had already gave our order to 3 other drivers and there were not gonna give him our order also. Well it clearly says our drivers name on order and you miss Baskin and Robin Manger should have verified that the person picking up the order was the correct person. Not my fault you suck at your job. Then tell me and driver you can't give us our order and since it hasnt been picked up uber eats cant cancel.. smh at the horrible customerservice and job by your employees... . Thanks! We just wanted ice cream

A 6 inch ice cream cake was 42.00??? 42.00??? That is horrible!!! I won't be buying another ice cream cake from them. That is completely ridiculous.
