Feedback gevenAfter trying several times to get someone to respond, I approached the window where two different employees informed me that they couldn't serve me because I hadn't made it in time. While I understand that employees are looking forward to going home at the end of their shift, as someone who used to work in customer service, I believe this isn't a proper way to handle business. It’s not acceptable to treat the last customer of the night this way. As a regular customer, I must say that this experience has left me disappointed. I was hoping for a “pick-me-up” after a tough day, but unfortunately, this experience just added to my frustration.
The ice cream is great, but the customer service is lacking. During my last three visits to this location, the staff seemed irritated by having to serve customers. For instance, last Friday around 3:30 PM, I went through the drive-thru, and the employee who took my order spoke to me in a very condescending tone. I selected rocky road from the menu, but he informed me that flavor wasn't available. As I was pondering a different option, he made a sarcastic remark about it being a disaster that I couldn't get my first choice. This led me to cancel my order and leave.
I absolutely love Brewster's ice cream! My favorite flavor is Graham Central Station. My daughter always asks to go there after school for a special treat.
I've never seen so many roaches in one place before, employees are swatting them with fly swatter... How do you let this get that out of control, just discussing will never go back.
This is some GENUINELY GREAT STUFF. And FRESH-MADE. All dairy is better when FRESH. I do wish they kept malted milk to make MALTS, as well as shakes, and would keep the current selection of flavors updated on their FB page
