Chick-fil-a - Auburn

I don?t ever write these, but I have to state that I do not understand what all the hype is about Chick Fil-A, and why their lines are a mile long! I ordered tonight and my fries were cold, rubbery, and soggy, my grilled chicken club, was cold, did nothave bacon on it, my cheese was not even melted!! My daughters nuggets were cold, the fruit bowl she got as a side was a joke(8-10) small pieces of not good fruit!! I got a chocolate sundae and the chocolate was not included!! None of this food wasedible, the only thing we were able to enjoy was our sprite and lemonade ! You could not pay me to eat here!! Makes me wonder ifthe employees ever eat out??!! If they do how can they serve food like this!!

Not even sure what to say... photo speaks for itself, half of the chicken in the sandwich and 1 pickle? Guess they expect several bites of just bread to taste good. Normally a good experience here aside form some order mix ups slightly too often.Friendly service

I am always satisfied when I visit this location. The staff is consistently friendly, and the food is always prepared just as I requested. Our server, Allison, was especially kind and ensured that we received our food promptly!

The food was excellent and appeared to be of high quality. The staff was incredibly friendly, which is not something we often encounter in such busy, fast-paced restaurants where people can become somewhat irritable. These individuals were truly amazing.

The service and food were consistently outstanding! While I was in the Auburn area, I couldn’t resist stopping by one of my favorite fast food spots. I'm always impressed by how clean the establishment is and how professional and friendly the staff are. Without a doubt, Chick-fil-A is truly the best fast food chain around!
