Had been to other location years ago, always good. First time at #2. Great! Food-So good! Service- On point! Atmosphere-Hey, it's an old building space with an antique shop feel, who cares when the food and service are this good! I'm a seasoned gourmet cook foodie for years. Love love Edelweiss!

Food is excellent (many different omelets), be careful, portions are huge...they do offer half plates for a small deduction in price. Have been going here for ever, best breakfast meals in Auburn, Ca. Beware not much free parking available, but there is 3$ parking across the street.

This place is very reasonably priced and you get a lot of food. It's always super tasty I only wish you was closer to where I lived
