Little Caesars Pizza - Auburn

Thank you, Little Caesars, for your $7 hot and ready paprika pizza. I'll be back next week after work!

I drove 30 minutes to pick up a pizza for my son, only to be told it hadn’t even been put in the oven yet, despite the app indicating a different pick-up time. I wasn’t the only one experiencing this issue; others faced the same problem. Overall, it was a terrible experience. To make matters worse, instead of handing me my order, she asked me to input my code. I had gotten the order for my husband and had forgotten the code. Thankfully, she eventually gave it to me, but the overall customer service was just abysmal!

I called the store three times without getting an answer, so I decided to go there in person to wait for my food. I ended up waiting over 15 minutes, which was actually longer than what they told me. While I was waiting, I noticed several employees ignoring phone calls. If they had answered the phone, I could have avoided waiting for more than 20 minutes.

Little Caesars Pizza is good. Especially for $5 if you can grab and go. The breadsticks are even better because they are fresher. Unfortunately, I got a pizza I sat there too long. I came home and there was definitely no pizza for which I would never have given money if I knew it tasted like that. I think they should always replace the pizza if they sit more than 20 minutes, maybe even 30. Otherwise you will have a rough tasting pizza FYI

Multiple times I have experienced my pizza made incorrectly. I am allergic to cheese and specify this on my order details. I have had multiple pizzas with cheese despite this and wait for it to be remade. Mistakes happen so I understand, but today I did not have time to wait for another. I requested a refund and was told there was nothing they could do so I had to wait for a new one which was quickly made and sub par. I called the Caesers help line to explain this and request a single pizza refund but after 30 minutes on hold I gave up on it. Due to poor customer service, this will be my last pie at Caesers.
