Sam's Italian Foods - Auburn

Only went to pick up an order on Minot Avenue and for the third time in two weeks they had made us the wrong food. Only option was offered, we can sit there and wait until they make the right pizza! Bad customer service if a company makes an order wrong, they should offer SOMETHING to ensure it! The attitudes were terrible, no excuse, nothing! Will never be there again! Down since the owners have changed! Many people in our neighborhood feel the same! Make yourself a favor and order from Heathco?s!

I'm sorry to say, but since they were employees, everything was on the hill. Earlier it went there at least once a week, now we go other places.

Food is always as expected. Always the same quality tastes great. I never have to wait long for my order and the staff is always kind. recommend.

I've been here many times with friends and without they always do a good job in what they do make food Sam's Italian has lots of variety and lots of drinks I can't even think of a complaint at all they are always on top of things Quick Service always I definitely would recommend this Sam's to anyone so stop and have lunch or dinner and have a great day?
