Sam's Italian Foods - Auburn

This Sam did a good job. The young women who worked had good personalities and they were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, they had no french french fries, but I have adapted and ordered boneless hot wings with a garden salad. I asked to add olives, both Greek and regular, and was shocked at the cost of each side allowance. $1.40 for every total of $2.80 for a bit of any olive type. I was afraid to ask how much a sprinkle of crushed cheddar cheese would be, so I went without. Besides the price of adding olives to my salad I had an excellent experience and I will definitely come back to this Sam 's Italian Foods. My friend found a hair in her Ziti. She wanted to ask if she replaced him, but she accidentally dropped her hair when she thought it was me to see. Since she did not have the hair to show the staff, she rationalized that it must be her, despite the hair not the color of her light red hair (which she found was a medium to dark brown hair) and she ingwerly ate the food cautious to not have to remove another hair from her mouth. I understand both that accidents happen, and that a hair is not a reason to get angry, crash or condemn a business for a small thing like this. Thank you.

Food is always as expected. Always the same quality tastes great. I never have to wait long for my order and the staff is always kind. recommend.

I have often been here with friends and without them always do a good job in which what they make food Sam's Italian has many variety and many drinks I can't even think of a complaint, at all they are always up on things Quick Service always I would definitely recommend this velvet to everyone so stop and have lunch or dinner and have a great day

I ordered six sandwich plates. I called in the order two days before our event. When I arrived to pick up the order, they had everything ready to go and even helped bring him to my vehicle. We were not disappointed in any part of the process. Everyone was very professional and accommodating. I want to order them again in the future.
