It provides free parking when you purchase your tickets but also offers premium parking choices. When I bought the tickets I wondered why they insisted on purchasing the premium parking but after the concert I understood why. It took us two hours to leave the place, 3 to arrive home. It only has one street access. It took us at least 2 and a half hours to get there from downtown Seattle. I don't think I will return. Premium parking costs $50 or more. This place contributes significantly to the local economy, although the lack of good access roads complicates matters.
Attended Hank Williams Jr show. Down from Vancouver Island and was very impressed with this venue, the grounds were well organized, food and drinks were easy access, bathrooms located as needed. The sound was incredible, well organized and the staff were helpful as it was our first time at this venue. Already looking at upcoming events here.
Overall the venue itself is great. I like the grass area in the back and the sound carries itself quite fine throughout the area. The issue is the getting there and leaving there. We left over an hour before the concert from auburn and was still late due to the traffic as there is only one road in and out of that area. On the way out our delay was about 40 min drive which usually would’ve been 10 mins
I said never again in 2005 and it wasn 't until a show was rescheduled multiple times because of COVID and the venue swapped that broke my vow. Ingress and egress are still major challenges, and it 's telling that there are $50 $70 premiums to park by the gates. We paid the $50 for Star Parking and while it required a 40 point turn to get out of our spot after the show (they pack you in) we got out of the lot pretty quickly.Once inside, the staff is friendly, and the venue was fairly clean. Sight lines and sound are good, so 3 stars up from the negative 5 I had previously given the venue.
This is my second time attending a concert at this venue, and I have to say, the food choices are outstanding, and the restrooms are consistently clean. The only downside is the traffic situation. I recommend arriving at least 1.5 to 2 hours before your concert, as the venue is in a remote area with only one route for access. If you want to park nearby and exit quickly after the show, it's wise to consider their parking options.
