The person who wrote the bad review is not telling the complete truth. The fact of the matter is that we tried to correct the problem on the night it occured. The customer was very uncooperative questioning why we wanted the food returned. When she gave the order initially over the phone she kept interrupting the our service rep with questions about other food while he was trying to place her order. One item that she said was made wrong was a pizza with hot sausage. She said she never ordered hot sausage but when we asked her to return the pizza she said she already ate it. The other item was a sandwich, she acted like she did not want to return it and hung up on our operator demanding that the owner call her. There is always 2 sides of a story.

I ordered food by phone and the order was incorrect. When I tried to handle it the next day, the owner, John, refused to speak to me and told his employee to handle it because he would start yelling at me. Then he told his employee to tell me there was nothing they could do because I did not return the item. I informed John via his employee that I did still have the wrong item and they could have it back. At that point, he finally took my correct order. However, after the unprofessionalism the owner displayed, I will never order from them again.
