Stay away.. I got something simple to tide me over. It was way overpriced for the hotdog and for what you got. It was over cooked. Look at the size of the hotdog. It's not even a third of the bun. You tasted more bun than anything. You could not taste the cheese sauce. In the end they questioned whether I got the order.

I was here yesterday on Sunday March 20th, 2022 around 4:15-4:20PM. There was a woman working as the cashier and she was incredibly rude towards me. She made not one but three remarks to me about moving forward and being in the way. I have a service dog, whom was completely silent and obedient the entire time I was in line and she kept calling me out. I understand that this establishment was busy and Im not discounting that, but just a bit of kindness goes a long way. I will never return to this establishment because of this reason alone. I hope you do some training with your employees about disabilities and customer service. Also the chicken was good but the cheese curds tasted absolutely terrible. Like someone had left them in the fryer for a week.

Dude at the register was definitely gonna off himself tonight literally an empty shell, food was terrible how do you make hotdogs taste bad???? Been to a dozen A&Ws why is this one so bad

A big thank you to the staff who stayed late and even extended their hours for all the scouts and parents at Mall Frenzy. You maintained a warm and friendly atmosphere throughout the night.

I stood there for about four minutes while the staff ignored me. Just as I was about to leave, one of the employees informed me that they wouldn't be opening for another few minutes. They really need to put up a sign displaying their hours because the lights were on, so I assumed they were open. Additionally, the cashier had very poor customer service; she seemed like she didn't want to be there at all.
