Pizza Hut - Auburndale

1st, the good, delivery lady was sweet and fast! The Food: taste was average, just normal pizza hut pizza. The very bad it was wrong/incomplete AGAIN. We decided to give them a chance after over a year of not ordering because it was wrong, or late, or cold last several times we ordered. So we ordered the hot honey pepperoni. It came, without the hot honey. The ONLY reason we ordered this time was to try the hot honey pizza. And we didn't get what we ordered. It was just a pepperoni pizza. We are done. No more magnolia ave pizza for us.

Made up a bunch of excuses as to why my order wasn’t ready in time, told me 5 more minutes, brought it out after 30 seconds and said it was fresh out the oven but the pizzas cold

I went to the NEW PIZZA HUT in AUBURNDALE BY THE NEW PUBLIX MY PIZZA MELT WAS BURNT VERY BURNT and the store Manager TIM TOM whatever his name is was VERY RUDE didn't want to give me my money or remake the pizza he should not be a manager also he was sobbing and touching my melt while talking to me how gross YUCK so I threw my burnt melt away pls check managers back ground and also got my money back through my bank get better management immediately his tone and experience was HORRIBLE

I ordered a meat lover's melt on the app. When I got there to pick it up, it was just coming out of the oven and was piping hot and fresh!
