Andiamo Eatery - Auckland

The first thing that caught my attention was the beautiful, minimalist decor and the warm atmosphere! I visited on a Friday around 2 PM, and although it was quite busy, I was seated promptly. We ordered a piece of focaccia, a small serving of macaroni and cheese, and the butternut risotto. I'm a big fan of bread, so the focaccia was fantastic! The aromas from the macaroni and risotto were heavenly. Both dishes were delicious, but I found them to be quite rich after a few bites, and the cheese made them very filling. Overall, the meal was enjoyable, but it would have been perfect with a light salad on the side to balance out the richness.

My partner and I came here on a Friday night with no reservation. The place was busy but there was one table left and manager was very accommodating. Our food all came very quickly! We shared the bruschetta, which was tasty. The Mac n cheese was a delicious cheesy dream and the fries were heavenly. Crispy, salty, and completed with truffle oil and parmasean. It’s definitely not a cheap eat, but we didn’t find it overpriced for the amount of dishes we ordered for two people. 10/10 will be returning. Worth the amount of calories that were consumed

Wow! What a wonderful evening. My husband and I were advised to visit this restaurant for our 20th wedding anniversary. We began with calamari and smoked fish balls and shared them—both were delicious. For our main courses, we enjoyed the creamiest macaroni and cheese I’ve ever tasted, along with some king prawns. On the side, we had fries drizzled with truffle oil and topped with cheese. For dessert, we savored tiramisu, paired with a lovely fruity Pinot Gris. We will definitely be returning!

We had a memorable family dinner here last night and felt it necessary to share our wonderful experience. The food was fantastic, with the clams being especially remarkable. The service was excellent, and we definitely recommend this place. We'll be returning soon!

Loved our evening here. The calamari was perfect, great meatballs! Favorite by far was the gnocchi. Great place for a date night, the atmosphere is buzzing but you can still hear each other.
