This is definitely one of the better Lone Stars we did on a Friday afternoon if you don't want to cook, but you want to talk...big family restaurant

Great place. Delicious food, great staff. The owner Brendan is so obligated and really makes you home. Very recommended!!

The staff is friendly and the food is also good. I also appreciate the fast service, as our order did not last long to arrive, although the restaurant was fully booked.

Totally impressed, amazing service, attentive staff, best tasting food my partner and I have had at any Lonestar and to top it off the shared banana split was HUUGE! We thoroughly enjoyed it! Hats off to guys thanks for the great experience

We have been to Lone Star many times at different locations and tonight our dinner at New Lynn branch was absolutely amazing. The chips were the best we have ever tasted soft on the inside, perfectly cooked on the outside scrumptious. The chef who made the salad for the mains should be proud to have mastered the perfect ratio of ingredients/flavour spot on. The desert at the end was HUGE! I've had the Banana Split to share before at other restaurants but this one was Gigantic and we shared it till our hearts were content. My birthday Eve has been made. Thank you Lone Star New Lynn. Absolutely outstanding and the service was excellent from all. We will be back again. (We dined tonight on Tuesday 3rd Nov.
