If you don't want to work somewhere that has face to face service, then don't work there. No welcome, behave in a way that felt as if I impressed on it. stopped to serve me, serve someone else, food was cold

Just got a sprite a min ago And it tasted like expired Bad customer service

I ordered through the self service and selected chips with my sausage and egg mc muffin combo. I sat down to eat and there was a hash brown with my combo instead of chips. Are staff not checking the orders anymore? By the time my chips were ready, my muffin was cold. McDonald's is going downhill, its not the first time my order was incorrect.

Customer service is really s**t i was waiting for 15 minutes before actually being served and I watched the girl with the blue hair standing around multiple times when she could’ve just taken an order
