Very deceptive name, STEAM, for a basic gujarati influenced Vegetarian buffet restaurant Lost of food on the display, from Indo Chinese(baby corn manchurian), mexican(nachos with a funny tasting cheese sauce), khicdhi, kadhi, baigan bhurta, including a pani puri and salad counter. The food was fresh but nothing extra ordinary. Breads includes Bajra roti, chapati and poori which is brought to the table. Bookings mandatory and one hour dining time My pick was baby corn manchurian, fried noodles and pakora. Small place with tight sitting arrangement, parking is a challenge but one can use the car park opposite. Dont go there with any expectation, go there if you have nowhere else to go. One time visit only.

I had a pleasant dining experience once back in 2022. I was thinking about going there for lunch. Interestingly, I saw them starting a new buffet lunch service from today. I took the bait and was not disappointed. Unlimited buttermilk, fruit juice, tea, coffee, street food like pani puri, nachos, Indo-Chinese food, idly, dosa, pakorras, multiple dishes, rice, roti, etc. Yes, there was the obligatory gulab jamoon for dessert as well. What I like about this restaurant is that they use different spice mix for their dishes. I will visit them again soon. Thanks for your hospitality, Steam team!
