Must go there early and be ready to spend. OMG the cocktails presentation and taste is to die! If I only had unlimited means to try out cocktails on the menu. High recommend ordering Pork Belly court! It was so tender and it tastes to die. Her hot chili sauce was more like mid-cutney, not spicy enough, but still went well with the plate
This is a really nice place for a cozy cocktail. Ordered their tropical itch and island highball gotta say it was much sweeter than my expectation. But good ambience and nice staff.
Great vibe, cute covered rooftop bar. Cool at the end of a hot summer day in the city. Be patient if you go during happy hour as the tasty drinks will take a few minutes to make with lots of guests.
Upstairs bar with good ambience. Cocktails on menu were good I also ordered couple from happy hour which lacked both style , taste and a general good feel. This did let me down a bit.
Nice atmosphere and decorations. Tasty cocktails. We came on a Friday during happy hour with a group of~10 friends to celebrate a birthday. Most rounds of drinks took 20 30 minutes, but some of us waited 40 minutes for espresso martinis while the bartenders continued to pump out other (I can only assume, easier to make cocktails to other tables that were ordering after us. The waitress was funny and entertaining, but some of their jokes about how annoying we were seemed inappropriate considering how long we actually were waiting for service and to receive our drinks. (only one server for probably 40 people in the place, all ordering lots of drinks for happy hour... they would only take drinks orders from 2 3 of us before walking away, then act like we were rude/annoying when someone called out that they'd like to order a drink too. This whole time we were trying to be as polite, not trying to be the sort of table that clicks their fingers and expects service, but they made us feel like we were. Some of us at the table only managed to make 2 drinks orders in the 4 hours we were there (we would have ordered a lot more given the opportunity... if you fancy a good beer, there's not many options only one beer on tap (Macs gold or a couple other bottled lager options. Easy to think you could go and order one of the many tap beer options from the downstairs bar. No, despite food coming from the same kitchen and staff interchanging between upstairs and downstairs, they are different venues and you can't bring drinks upstairs. Once happy hour ended we were delighted to see that cocktails started coming out twice as large. Seems like a classic case of happy hour meaning the bar is happy because they're making lots of money with happy hour cocktails costing $10 vs $18 for a regular, happy hour here actually means half size not half price! Despite these couple of let downs we were still happy with our experience and would come back again Just hoping management can see this review and take it into consideration
