The salads are great at this restaurant! The meals are very well balanced, featuring quinoa, mixed greens, generous portions of perfectly seasoned chicken, and a variety of seasonings and flavors. There are so many options to choose from that it was difficult to decide!

This restaurant offers a unique experience where you can enjoy a filling smoothie that can double as a meal. My favorites are the Bulldozer and the Goodlife smoothies. The salads are also delicious and make me feel like I am eating healthy. They have options for any occasion!

Good life juice has the best salads in Auckland the staff are very friendly and service is quick. I’d recommend having the south west vegan salad with chicken or the pesto chicken salad.
