Feedback gevenCould have been a bit warmer, but its the holidays and thats what microwaves are for. As for the food, all custom accommodations were correct and everything tasted as expected.
The food is good at this restaurant. However, the staff working the drive-through should be friendlier. It is rude when they do not say thank you. People in the hospitality industry should always be courteous to customers. If they do not enjoy where they are working, they should find another job.
The food is delicious, though occasionally messy, but that's to be expected with Mexican cuisine. The restaurant always has impeccably clean tables, which is worth noting.
I ordered breakfast from the Taco Bell location nearby using the Taco Bell app. I received confirmations that my order was received, being made, and ready for pick-up. I arrived at the restaurant at 10:25 am, after receiving a notification that my order was ready. However, to my disappointment, I found that the location was closed until 11 am, with a sign on the door in poorly written English. Despite my ongoing efforts to contact them via phone, email, and knocking on the door, no one responded. I still have not received a refund of the $35 I paid for my order. When I visited the location a few days later, the manager said they could not help me. I have also emailed Taco Bell multiple times with no response for over 3 weeks.
The nacho chips in the nachos Bell Grande were the most disgusting chips I have ever had in my life. They were excessively salty, to the point where I could only eat a few before having to rinse my mouth out. It was like a salt mouthwash. I ended up throwing the whole thing away. Surprisingly, I also purchased a small nacho packet with cheese for $1.55, and those chips were nowhere near as salty as the ones in the nachos Bell Grande. It was a waste of money to buy them.
