Applebee's Grill - Augusta

I treated my mom to a Mother's Day lunch at this restaurant. The service was excellent, with a very pleasant server, and the food was delicious. I don't usually dine here, but I was impressed with the experience.

It took 15 minutes to receive 2 waters. When we ordered a salad, we were never asked what kind of dressing we would like. Our salad arrived at the same time as our food.

There are management issues at this restaurant, as they always seem to be short-staffed. Our server was juggling nine tables at one point, which resulted in everyone's food coming out at different times.

The wait was very long...we got drinks and also had 2 or more waitress to say we will be back to take order...........no one came back to the table...

Waited a hour.. To get the wrong food.. Then left!It was terrible! Im not a very picky person either..
