This place really went downhill. It used to be the best ice cream in Augusta, but not anymore. The last few times i went here the ice cream was completely soft and melted, which makes it feel like you are just eating heavy cream. The service is also horrible.

I went to get a 3 scoop of key lime pie on regular cone today . Was there about 30 mins ago . It was a $3 .00 treat from bruster for my Birthday..Biggest disappointment ever is your key lime pie ice cream didnt even taste like Keylime, was salty ... dosent make me want to come back

First time here staff was sweet. I am not a huge ice cream eater but wanted to try their vegan ice cream. Unfortunately they only had one flavor (cookies n cream) which didn't excite me so I decided to take the plunge with a hot fudge brownie sundae. Fudge was nice and warm, brownie not bad, lots of whip cream and not a lot of ice cream. Ice cream was good. My friend had the cherry vanilla ice cream cone which he really enjoyed. Service was quick so definitely would recommend if you are in the area looking for ice cream.
