Feedback gevenMy husband and I just dined at this restaurant, and I have to say, our experience was wonderful! Our waitress was incredibly friendly and attentive, which made our meal truly enjoyable. Unfortunately, I can't remember her name. When it was time to check out, a very nice manager helped us at the register. She apologized for needing to restart the register to complete our payment. We assured her it was no problem and patiently waited as she worked to resolve the issue, during which we waited about 10 minutes. She kindly informed us that our meal was on the house as a thank you for our patience, explaining that she didn’t want us to wait longer while she fixed the system. We checked to make sure she was okay, and after she confirmed she was, we expressed our gratitude by saying "DANKE" and left. Although we were prepared to get cash from an ATM if needed, it was such a generous gesture for her to cover our meal! I highly recommend visiting this Denny's to enjoy the same fantastic service we experienced. They truly prioritize their customers!
I always prefer Dennys as other American breakfast restaurants. I love they are salted caramel pancakes...
Today was a special occasion as my family celebrated my belated birthday. The restaurant offered a delightful special: five silver dollar pancakes for just $0.50 per person. With a party of nine, we were in for a treat, and the restaurant manager personally checked in on us, ensuring we were well taken care of.
The service was fairly good. There were only two waitstaff on duty, and it was moderately busy, but they certainly put in a lot of effort and did their best with what they had. As for the food, it was typical Denny's fare. The Biscuit Gravy Special was definitely the best value for the money.
Even one star is too good for this place. Horrible service, bad management, and staff had an attitude that needs to be adjusted. The waitress wouldn’t write my order down and sure enough they screwed it up. They weren’t even that busy. I had to wait 10 minutes before they acknowledged me then I was seated at a dirty table that still had cups from other customers. It took another 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Never again.
