Domino's Pizza - Augusta

The staff at this Domino's are truly the nicest people around, consistently surpassing expectations for service every single time. I've placed quite a few orders here over the months and have never experienced any issues! Thank you to the team at Domino's on 13th St—you are greatly appreciated!

I've never experienced great service at this location, but recently I placed an order at 9:30 PM. Thanks to the Pizza Tracker, I saw that my pizza came out of the oven at 9:50 PM, and then it showed the driver was on the way. Fantastic! However, as I continued to watch the tracker, I noticed that the driver drove right past my building and headed to the hospital, where he apparently stayed for about 90 minutes. I eventually gave up and called to cancel my order around 10:40. At 11:40, I was woken up by a call from the driver saying he had arrived. I reminded him that I had canceled the order. I'm still waiting for my refund and have uninstalled the Domino's app.

Just today, I ordered a pizza with pepperoni, ground beef, and pineapple, but they sent me the wrong one. When I called to address the mistake, they complained about fixing it. As a loyal customer who orders from them multiple times a day, I’m really disappointed. They don’t behave like a professional establishment; they need to improve their service and show more respect to their customers. Their refund policy isn’t followed properly either. Overall, they need a better crew, improved drivers, and new management.

Got home with my pizza and it was a bit over cooked around the edges.

I never had an issue with Domino’s but tonight my pizza wasn’t done in the middle and then I have a rude person on the phone that’s not willing to help. I’m at work and now I have nothing to eat this is ridiculous ?
