Domino's Pizza - Augusta

That was the last time I ordered pizza from here. You must have got new employees because I wasn't treated as before. Great pizza, good prices, but customer service needs work. I found a local pizza place that is beautiful, and there is also good food.

The order was wrong and it took an hour to deliver. Email sent was quoted 35 45 minutes. Called the store and the manager 1) would constantly try to interrupt me when it explains what was wrong. 2) it was said that I should have called the store for the waiting period because it apparently quotes 1 1.5 hours in its store for deliveries and that the email quote times do not apply to their store. Will never order from this place again.

I ordered a pizza before I went to work, came home and the order was wrong. My pizza was missing toppings (the same happened last time with a pasta I bought). I called the next day because they were closed when and I noticed that the anger acted as if they were not interested. Tell me her name was DaeDae, I'm pretty sure that's not her government name. This is the last time I'm gonna buy something from this restaurant.

I order from this location frequently when staying overnight in Augusta on business. The online ordering process is always quick and convenient. This location is open late, so it is easy to order in a late dinner for delivery. I always receive a quality product and it is always delivered timely. The delivery staff are always courteous and deliver all of my ordered items.
