Stopped at this location on a trip from Portland to Bangor Maine. We wanted beverages and a bathroom. Disappointingly the lobby was closed to customers and transactions had to be done through the drive thru window.
Went inside to get a mobile order and was met with numerous issue (1. The order wasn 't anywhere near completion. (2. Absolute chaos in the store. (3. Both customers in front of me received the wrong order and nothing was taken care of. (4. I received thewrong order as well and when I declined it, the employee rolled her eyes and said that the store did not have what was ordered a cold brew coffee with pumpkin cold foam, so a cold brew coffee with NO foam and NO explanation was good enough. Pre pandemic,the response was both professional and respectful My apologies, we are out of ______. May we substitute _____ or would youprefer a refund? Post pandemic, we receive disrespect and attitude. Customer service, customer satisfaction and employeeresiliency were grossly lacking.
No food this morning other than donuts after waiting at least 10 minutes. Couldn't leave the drive through line because it is so small. No napkins or papers between the donuts. Dunkin is just sad these days.
As with all the Dunkin' donuts everything is overpriced now especially the coffee but it's also good! I cold brew my own Dunkin' donuts coffee at home to save a fortune but it's always good to have a Dunkin' donuts for if you are on the run.
