Hibachi Express - Augusta

Dining here has always been a wonderful experience; however, I was taken aback by the unprofessional behavior of one staff member. During my visit, this individual, who I would describe as rather unrefined, asked a customer about price discrepancies in a very inappropriate manner. As someone with over 20 years in customer service, I found it disappointing that this young employee openly questioned whether online prices were being honored, as they didn’t match what was being charged in the restaurant. Additionally, the way she reacted in front of two children was unacceptable and left a negative impression. I hope the management addresses this issue going forward.

I’ve picked up takeout from this restaurant more than a dozen times, and I’ve never had a single complaint. I’ve never waited more than five minutes for my food, which is always ready right away. The portions are generous, and the meals are consistently well-prepared. It truly stands out as a shining star among the restaurants on Walton Way.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The prices were affordable, and everything was running smoothly. I ordered online for pickup, and my order was ready when I arrived. The customer service was excellent throughout the whole process. The food tasted fantastic, reminiscent of places like Fujiyama or Myobi. Highly recommend!

My favorite comfort food. The ambiance and restaurant itself isn't very nice. This is more of a takeout place which is especially easy because of their drive thru! I always get their shrimp hibachi and it's super yummy and comes with lots of vegetables. Their drinks are also huge! Recommend if you want a quick but very filling meal.

First time I ate here it was pretty good and pretty quick service could use better yum yum sauce though
