Feedback gevenWe haven’t had treats in a while so we thought we’d get some. They charged us for a dozen donuts but we ordered 6 and they gave us 6. We didn’t realize until we got home and my husband said how much it was and I was so surprised in the high cost. Just to find out it was incorrect. We don’t live near by so it was an inconvenience to drive back after all the storming had passed late. That’s just wrong. Like in today’s world.. really?? You will reap what you sow.
If the doughnuts aren’t served hot or at least warm, please turn off the HOT NOW sign. That’s all I have to say. We all need to improve.
I held off on leaving a review after my first bad experience, thinking everyone can have an off day. However, I encountered the same issue again this morning. The staff working Sundays at this location really shouldn't be there. I would rather deal with poor customer service than the complete lack of it that these ladies provide. There was no eye contact, no greeting, and it felt like ordering donuts was more of an annoyance to them than anything else—despite it being their job. To top it off, they didn't even get my order right when they finally bothered to box up the donuts. From now on, I'll be getting my donuts from the Dunkin' Donuts just five minutes away from my house instead of making a twenty-minute trip to Krispy Kreme.
I visited this morning to pick up an order of donuts I purchased through a fundraiser. A parent informed me that I could pay extra for different donuts, which I thought was reasonable. However, the supervisor I encountered was extremely rude and unprofessional, and I believe he is not fit for a management role. His behavior made your establishment look very bad.
Looking at others issues I 'm gonna chime in with mine as well. Lady working the drive thru window needs to be coached on how to talk to customers or given some time off. She literally told me when I asked if I could sub a Coke for the coffee no you 're getting coffee wether you like it or not . I worked in retail for 10 years so I can understand being frustrated but that comment is over the line.
