Longhorn Steakhouse - Augusta

I've visited this place several times before and have also used the mobile ordering system. My family placed a mobile order yesterday, and everything was absolutely PERFECT! The Caesar salad was delicious and fresh, the Parmesan-crusted chicken was delightful, and the loaded baked potato was fantastic. They included all the necessary cutlery, butter, dressing, and toppings for the potatoes. I would highly recommend this place 100%!

For appetizers, we tried the spicy chicken bites and the white cheddar-filled mushrooms. Both were delicious! The chicken bites were juicy, crispy, and came with a tasty spicy sauce, while the mushrooms were savory and tender, filled with rich, creamy cheese. For our main courses, my friend and I humorously decided not to order steak, but we still thoroughly enjoyed our dishes. I had the chicken fingers, while my friend chose the pork chops with a brown gravy on top. Both dishes were fantastic—juicy meat cooked to perfection. I sampled some of the pork chop, and it was equally delicious: smoky and tender, complemented by a lovely rich gravy. The sides were also great. To finish off our meal, we shared the strawberries and cream dessert. It was simple, but delightful—the ingredients worked well together, and it wasn't overly sweet since the tartness of the strawberries balanced it out. Overall, the excellent food and outstanding customer service make me look forward to returning!

My husband and I took our 2 grandsons out for dinner. No wait. A very pleasant waiter. All the food was enjoyed except for my steak. I don't think they like people ordering well done. It was terrible. The dog enjoyed it though.

Really enjoyed my dinner. Only caveat was having to watch a server or host eat behind the line where food was being prepared. He had on a button up shirt so I am not sure of his position. It was Super Bowl night and it was a little busy so we had to sit at a table at the bar. Our waiter was awesome and very attentive.

Service was excellent. My wife and I both had French Onion soup? yum, and Fried Brussel Sprouts ? yuck. The Sprouts were raw in the middle and bitter. Her burger was great as well as my ribeye. Cooked perfectly.
