Feedback gevenThanks to Outback (because they don't know how to take an order) we decided to go to O'Charley's because my friend wanted a steak. As a vegetarian, I will pass but I enjoyed a nice baked potato! He loved the steak and we enjoyed the service! Perhaps their staff can train Outback's staff to care a little about their business and service. Highly recommend O'Charley's!
There were five of us, two granddaughters and Shykerra A was our server. She treated us as if we were royalty, highly recommend her if you want a great evening! The food was terrific, service was fantastic!! Highly recommend this location!
We recently enjoyed a late supper at this unit.The dining room staff was kind, attentive, knowledgeable, prompt, and sweet.After a very long traveling, the meal hit the spot!Cudos also to the back of the house team!My Grilled Salmon salad was well seasoned, prepared, and served with the variety of requested dressings.As was my guests Club Sandwich which unfortunately contained several slices of cheese that was of overly air dried from being poorly wrapped.Drinks were served cold and well made.We appreciated utilizing a $10 off coupon received from a substandard customer service experience in at South Carolina unit.Our only real concern was that the dining room temperature was freezing. And having not dined with O'Charleys in quite a while, there were no dining incentives in the O'Charleys app.
We had a fantastic time last night! Everything was excellent! The food was delicious and our waitress Ashley was fantastic! She was lovely inside and out. She ensured that we had everything we needed and she happily answered all of our questions. She was friendly and attentive. She exceeded our expectations! We left with smiles on our faces. She truly made our visit special and left us eager to return soon! THANK YOU ASHLEY!
Persons with Disabilities are NOT welcome here!This store Deserves ZERO stars! The employees were very rude and inconsiderate. 1 pm on Wed afternoon, there is ONE table occupied. We came in and I had to go looking for someone. There was NO employees in sight. I had to go back toward the kitchen and finally waved down an employee. She came out and took one look at my mom who has a service dog (wearing a service vest and labeled leash) and spun on her heals in passing said “ill get right back with a manager”.It took a loooong time. We were tired and upset having just come from the hospital with my Dad so after at least 5 minutes standing there, I , again, walked back toward the kitchen where I could hear the employees talking quite loudly. The lady who had come out earlier was saying “Well THEY will just HAVE to sit out on the patio”. Then I heard another voice say something about “ cant have a dog inside”…. Next the lady comes out and I say to her….” This IS a service dog, and you never even asked us before you ran off”. Meanwhile I had seen a guy in the bar and asked for the manager, who came quickly. We apologized to her for our possibly being tired and irritable but also made it clear to the manager that we did not appreciate the way the employee had disrespected and ignored us.The original employee sat us at a dirty table (no menu or silverware) by waving the hand and saying “just sit here”, then ran off. Another guest came in and was sat immediately right behind us and before they could even get comfortable, had water and bread on their table!! We had not even been visited by a waitress at that point!!We walked out!!Attached photo is of the empty restaurant as we walked out and the original employee standing and talking with the new guests not caring that we left apparently.
