Pizza Hut Western Ave - Augusta

It was a long time since I enjoyed pizza hats breadsticks w/ cheese; I was really excited to order a good food and a good experience today... When I called, I waited patiently to come through an automated system, after all a man replied to the phone and without letting me say, "Can you please hold a second." I answered, “Yes...” One second was in 7 1/2 minutes. There was no hold music to confirm that I still said a hesitant “Hello?” The man answered, “Yes, sir, just a second.” 3 1/2 more minutes passed before the call was unexpectedly interrupted. A bit hungry then, before I called again, the same man replied, “Hello, could you please hold?” and without checking the consent, put me on another quiet hold. If you are looking for a great customer service and a fast ordering process and good food, try somewhere different from Pizza Hut on Western Avenue in Augusta... Tonight, her priority is in all areas except doing her job... instead of calling those guys!

That's a good pizza hut. It does not compare with local shops, but they are fast and do well with their orders.

Love pizza hut. Although they are busy for a few nights. Your food will still be hot and ready when you get it. Fresh.
