The staff was pleasant. We enjoyed the food. Friendly atmosphere. Nice place.

Waited 1+ for a quesadilla, then it was cold. April the server got snotty as all get out, when I dared call them out on it. Management came by saying oh you know how it is, this place is busy, and we can’t get no one to work. Trust me if I could have given a lower rating I would.

Truly was enjoying this fun bar while I was working in Augusta for 2 months. Very rude bar manger Shena. She was working the bar upon my last visit, Shena was yelling cussing, locking doors at 6pm. I asked for my usual ended up in tears as she proceeded to yell about her life, her “f…king job, f…king staff not covering tonight so she could grieve Her mother had passed a week ago, services had already been held for her. I paid cash, went outside on the patio bar, sent my friend, another bartender that works there, a text letting her know I would be waiting for her on the patio due to the bazaar behavior of Shena. Shena came out yelled at me again no clue why. I went back in for another round, about 3 customers were inside. Came back out realized Shena had locked up the bar while I was still on their property. I’ve never been treated so poorly nor seen such improper behavior from a bar manager. On their busy nights she was the least helpful not waiting on customers with kindness. Her staff is so overwhelmed it’s chaos. The kitchen is hit or miss not open on a regular basis based on Shena having staff or sending bartenders to be the cook. I was there 2x a week and only once was there food available. Be prepared for a 5-10 wait for a drink or beer no matter how many bartenders are on deck. Lauren Jaime work their tales off are very friendly fun! But Shena apparently let one of those two go the next morning. Sadly the one she let go wasn’t the one that was supposed to work the night of Shena’s ranting. It’s sad to hear from the locals that frequent there, how fast Shannon’s Bar is going downhill. Being the daughter of the owner shouldn’t include such disrespect to others unacceptable behavior!!!

So much fun! The Biolife Crew loved did, great talent out here in Augusta
