Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Augusta

Ordered online and walked into a very unorganized set up making it appear you have to wait in the order line to pick up your food. I told them my name and was told it was still being made. Waited 10 minutes and saw people who ordered in store after me get their orders so I finally stopped them to check my order and they couldn’t find it. Turns out i watched them dig through the back of other orders to find mine that was ready the moment I walked in 10 minutes prior. Not sure if this is a poor training issue or organization issue but I was very dissatisfied. Not to mention I wasnt given a straw with my smoothie so I had to wait in line again to ask for one to not be rude to the other customers. AND just checked my order….rotting banana and they gave me the wrong sandwich order. Unbelievable

This the second time I have visited the Cafe and was disappointed with my smoothie. It was too much ginger and something was missing it tasted like ginger and water. I don't think I will be returning.

Their food and smoothies are great. The service sucks. The staff is rude. They never answer the phone to place orders or always have a busy dial tone

First off you must have me chopped.this is ignorant.I paid 6.49 where is my salsa , my beans, look at this little bit of cheese. look at my quesadilla! It is as thin as the crease in my fingers! How dare you treat me this way ? have you lost your mind? how dare you disrespect me by stealing from me ?this is truly incompetent. Inconsistent employees can make a business go belly up. They had to be unfocused. Please fire them

The curbside option that they promote was not functional. I understand if they were short-staffed, but they could have informed me to come inside to get my order instead. Waiting for almost an hour, I received cold, greasy quesadillas, watery smoothies, and a banana flatbread dripping with watery honey. I usually do not write reviews, but I spent $17.03 on my meal today and was extremely disappointed with the service and food quality. This restaurant clearly needs help. Despite possibly being short-staffed, the quality of the food should not suffer.
