Wendy's - Augusta

The food here is affordable, and the atmosphere is pleasant. I really enjoy dining here; the service is excellent. I plan to bring my friends next time. The ambiance is lovely, and it's easy to see why this place has received so many positive reviews.

I waited 15 minutes for a burned cod. Usually the service and the food here is always at the point, but recently I don't know what's going on. Then I saw the girl a sequence of nuggets with her bare hands (count and touch her), NO GLOVES! What happened to quality and food safety? The 2 stars are generous for this visit. Very disappointed.

Ordered a double bacon burger combo with a cookie. They didn't add the bacon, food was cold, didn't have the cookie in the bag and had to wait about 10-15 minutes at the window. Figured after waiting that long the order would've been fresh and right.
