Feedback gevenIGA employees need to realize the customers make their business.The customer service counter is awful,Staff doesn't even speak to you,and they never answer the phone.I do not go as often as I used to .Tired of The Ghetto experience.
Stopped by to get a few things on my way home from hospital. 2 kids were playing with the handicap scooter's inside the store... racing up and down aisles. Went to vegetable section to buy some carrots...the carrots were wet and black mold growing on them. THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN.!!!!!!!
Omg... The breakfast is absolutely delicious! The bacon is cooked perfectly every time.
I can't go to this store anymore, although it is on the way home. Twice in the past month, I've gone in to buy chicken breasts. I always check the expiration dates, and they're always good. But...when I get home and open the package, both times the chicken was spoiled. I can't take the nasty smelling stuff back for a refund (don't want to stink up my truck), so I just throw it away. I hope nobody gets sick from eating the meats from this place.
I don 't love this store, simply because I 'm usually never greeted upon entry, as well as throughout the store during my visit. However, today was a pleasant experience as one of the meat department workers acknowledged me with a, Hello, how are you? Also, the cashier was friendly and thanked me for shopping. THAT is good customer service and I wanted to share it with you all.
